The November bills are being mailed a week late due to a few data export issues.  We recently installed an upgrade to our billing software that altered the format of the export file sent to our printing vendor.  The errors were corrected and the bills should be mailed on November 24th.  Bills would normally be due on December 15th but this is being postponed until December 28th.  Please call the Water Department at (978) 887-1517 if you have any questions.
