Customers need to complete the Water Connection Permit and pay the required fee prior to making a connection to the water system. Connection fees are set by the Board of Water Commissioners and apply to new domestic and fire service connections.

The sequestrant system is operating at the recommended dose and there are signs that water quality is improving. A full evaluation of the system will have to wait until fall 2012 due to seasonal fluctuations in manganese levels in the source water and water demands.
