The Topsfield Highway Department would like to announce that the Ipswich Road Reconstruction Project is underway. The project design costs were paid for by the Town with the construction costs of $3.6 million dollars coming from the State. The Topsfield Water Department has appropriated approximately $1 million dollars for water system improvements as a part of the project.
