Wednesday Update: Both sections of the road have been reconstructed and graded and the road is open for the rest of the day. Tomorrow morning, 9/23 at 7AM the road will be closed for paving and should be open to traffic by 3PM.

Tuesday Update: The lower section of Howlett St near the common has been reconstructed and graded. The upper section near Perkins Row is under construction now. The road is scheduled to be paved on Thursday 9/23. Also, a section of River Rd and a section of Wenham Rd will be closed on Wednesday for re-paving.

Howlett Street will be closed during the daytime beginning Monday Sept. 20th at 7AM to facilitate roadway reconstruction. The work will take 2-3 days to complete and the road should be paved by Friday Sept. 24th. Please seek an alternate route if possible.
